The metal bond is also sintered, brazed, electroplated, etc. The sintering is a mixture of metal powder such as copper powder, iron powder, nickel powder and diamond particles, which is sintered at a high temperature and firmly combined with the substrate to form a diamond tool. Good grip, thick working layer, durable and durable, but not sharp enough.

The vacuum brazed diamond tool is made of metal flux mixed with diamond and brazed. The diamond has good holding power, wear resistance and sharpness. Usually it can only be made into a layer of diamond, and its life is not as good as sintering.

The electroplated diamond wheel is firmly combined with the substrate by electroplating. The metal plated is mainly nickel and its alloy. The diamond has good holding power and can be used as a single layer of diamond or as a multi-layer diamond. No high temperature is used, it has no effect on the performance of diamonds, and the process equipment is correspondingly simple. It can be used as a diamond tool with complex molding surface and high precision, which is unmatched by other methods.
