What is thermal spray aluminium coating?

Thermal spraying materials include various pure metal and single compound materials, which can be made into powder, wire and rod respectively.In this category are tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, zinc, aluminum, copper, tin, lead, nickel, iron, titanium, zirconium and other metals, as well as oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, boron and silicides of some metals.The commonly used materials include: molybdenum as the bonding layer material, zinc and aluminum as the protective materials against sea water and atmospheric corrosion,Al2O3 and ZrO2 as the wear-resistant and thermal materials.Thermal spraying materials are the most widely used wear-resistant materials: carbide cermet (cobalt/nickel/iron - tungsten carbide, cobalt/nickel/nickel - chromium - chromium carbide), alumina ceramics, titanium oxide ceramics, alumina - titanium oxide composite ceramics.
