Diamond mounted points, diamond pins

Electroplated diamond and CBN pins and mounted points have only one abrasive layer which is held on the rim by nickel bond. They do not need to be trued or dressed, the life-time is very long. Cooling is highly recommended but not necessary. Electroplated diamond pins or CBN pins can be manufactured having very complex shapes, where small tolerance is required.

We can supply any standard or custom produced electroplated diamond or CBN mounted point. Electroplated pins can be manufactured according to your drawing or physical example.  Our CBN or diamond mounted points work perfectly for general workshop grinding, internal grinding or any other grinding operation were high precision is required.
