A, W series PDC cutter

B,  L series PDC cutter for oil drilling

D,S series PDC Cutter for oil drilling

S series PDC Cutter for oil drilling USES full-flow linear teeth diamond composite,the outer ring of the interface between diamond layer and cemented carbide substrate of S series PDC adopts the design of wave surface oblique cone, and the central region is a wave concentric circle.
Streamline design is a consistent characteristic of HMR.
This design is unique to HMR (patent no. : ZL201020253652.3). The streamline design reduces the residual stress after high pressure sintering and increases the joint area between the two layers.
S series adopts the technical scheme of imported raw materials plus new ultra-high pressure sintering technology to highlight the high abrasion resistance and impact resistance of materials.

E,M series linear tooth - shaped interface diamond PDC cutter for oil drilling

The interface between the diamond layer and cemented carbide matrix of m-series PDC is composed of unidirectional straight-line wavy tooth structure. The wave shape of the tooth, the height and spacing of the tooth will affect the strength and residual stress of the interface. Sinusoidal wave form is recommended as the best.

G,Mantle series pdc cutter for oil
