Solid CBN inserts is a new type of cutting tool made of CBN and its binding agent sintering.

CBN inserts is mainly composed of new CBN(cubic boron nitride), which is sintered under the condition of super high temperature and high pressure by adding special metal ceramic composites.
Under special temperature and pressure conditions, the combination of particles is redesigned from the micro structure of crystal surface and interface, which has higher hardness and better resistance to heat and wear compared with the CBN cutter materials at home and abroad.
These features enable the tool to process hard materials such as hardened steel and high-hardness cast iron, which used to only rely on grinding, and can adapt to high-speed finishing cast iron, giving full play to the long life and high precision of the tool.
