Machining of slide valve holes for automobile transmission
The machining of slide valve hole in automobile automatic transmission valve body is the most demanding position in the whole box hole machining process.
In the commonly used aluminum alloy body processing with a silicon content of 8% ~ 16%, UNIMERCO usually adopts a tool scheme of "one coarse and one fine", a combination of two knives.
A, reaming rough machining
UM PCD straight slot reaming tool was used, as shown in FIG. 4.
Its processing speed n=8000r/min, feed rate Fn=0.3mm/min.
Main features of the reaming tool:
1. Good at processing with interference holes;
2. Excellent light repair and orientation, thus ensuring high roundness, cylindricity, and finish requirements;
3. Excellent deburring function, basically no special follow-up deburring process is required;
4, the processing efficiency is usually 3 ~ 8 times of the straight slot tool, so as to directly reduce the customer's equipment and personnel costs.
B, reaming precision machining
UM PCD spiral groove precision reamer is adopted, as shown in FIG. 5.
Its processing speed n=10000r/min, feed rate Fn=0.5mm/min
The machining scheme of "one coarse and one fine" is adopted. The machining surface of the workpiece has a very ideal mirror effect, and the surface roughness Ra can reach 0.08 ~ 0.20, and the tool life can reach 80,000 holes stably before polishing.
